Do I dare give away the secret of the single best blond-highlighter in all of ATL? Yes, Tim at Helmet in Midtown. I am super picky about blonde highlights-- can't be too chunky, too stripey, too blond, too many colors, too much one color, the list goes on. But Tim gets it just right-- extremely fine highlights and lowlights that brighten up my hair without giving it the rainbow effect. It took me 3 years and many ATL salons to find Tim, but I am so happy I did . . . Also, I strongly prefer to have a stylist who does both cut and color, which Tim does. How will you ensure that I look fabulous if you are not overseeing the process from start to finish?
