Appointments
We know your time is your most valuable possession, so we appreciate your spending it with us. We do our very best to maximize your experience by running on time. Intown living and commuting can lead to delays, so thank you in advance for your efforts to meet your appointment times. Please feel free to call us if you are running behind so that we can plan accordingly. As a courtesy to all clients, we strive to complete our services as scheduled. Cancellations of all spa services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Suggestions are always welcome.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient. Thank you for trusting us to take care of the special person in your life.
Parking
All of our locations have great parking, with convenient lots adjoining each building. If you are coming to our Midtown location, please feel free to enter the side entrance of our parking lot (next to Zocalo on 10th St.), where you can opt for complimentary valet parking (we gladly validate your parking ticket). Self-park is always an option in that lot, or in front of the building, facing Piedmont. Street parking is available on both sides of Piedmont (except 4-6 pm).
